Important Information

  • All medications require medical evaluation and physician approval.

  • Not all patients are candidates for GLP-1 medications.

  • Treatment success depends heavily on nutrition, protein intake, sleep, activity, and long-term habit change.

  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products and availability may change based on regulatory guidance.

Why Physician-Led Care Matters

Many online subscription weight-loss programs rely heavily on automated protocols with limited physician involvement.
At The Sage Clinic, care is overseen directly by a board-certified physician with an emphasis on individualized medicine, long-term metabolic health, and sustainable outcomes — not rapid short-term weight loss alone.

At The Sage Clinic, weight management is approached as a medical and metabolic issue — not simply “eat less and move more.” Treatment plans are individualized and may include nutrition counseling, lifestyle optimization, lab evaluation, and prescription medications when appropriate. Programs may include GLP-1 medications, appetite regulation support, metabolic evaluation, and ongoing physician oversight with Patricia Allamon, MD.
