Primary care visits may include evaluation and management of common adult health concerns, preventive care planning, medication review, lab ordering, referrals, and ongoing health guidance.

Chronic Care Management

Chronic conditions often require more than a rushed visit once or twice a year. At The Sage Clinic, we focus on helping patients understand their labs, symptoms, medications, lifestyle factors, and long-term risk.

Our chronic care approach may include:

What Is Not Available In-Office at This Time

At this time, Dr. Patricia Allamon is unable to perform blood draws, in-office urinalysis, vaccines, injections, Pap smears, or vaginal exams at The Sage Clinic. Some services may require referral to an outside laboratory, pharmacy, urgent care, gynecology office, imaging center, or other clinical facility.

The Sage Clinic anticipates offering in-office injections beginning around mid-June, once supplies and sharps disposal systems are fully in place.

Lab Testing & Referrals

Although blood draws are not performed in-office, Dr. Allamon can order appropriate lab testing through outside laboratories and review results with you in detail. When specialty care, imaging, procedures, or women’s health exams are needed, referrals can be coordinated as appropriate.
